TRX Yoga

TRX Yoga is a combination of static and dynamic exercises with the aim of strengthening the muscular tissue and improving flexibility and coordination (balance). The full body workout is suitable for people of any age, regardless of fitness level. TRX Yoga has imported many elements from classical Yoga exercises while implementing the TRX Suspension Trainer to intensify some exercises and simplify others. With the focus being the whole-body workout TRX Yoga may suit those more interested in the physical benefits than offered by classical Yoga.
