Outdoor Boot Camp

At our Boot Camp, we combine:

  • dynamic bodyweight exercises with
  • interval training, coordination exercises and
  • endurance and strength training.

In addition to the body weight, we use various aids such as additional weights, rubber bands, etc. The training takes place outdoors next to the Saalsporthalle and during dry weather condition. Appropriate clothing must be brought to training. There are dressing rooms with lockers and toilets on the spot.
